Suzanne Anderson

Suzanne has served a full career in the British Army, leaving recently as a Brigadier and Chief Operating Officer of the Army Personnel Centre. Her career includes resettlement for service leavers, training, education and recruitment. She complements an outstanding career with an equally impressive academic record including an MPhil, MA and MBA. Suzanne is well-versed in a range of employment matters including career management, resettlement and retraining and is active in several veteran’s charities.

Richard Boardman

As a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Richard has extensive experience of employment issues. He has advised clients on matters ranging from dispute resolution to the impact of the Equality Act and effectively engaging disabled and disadvantage people. Richard has spent his first 15 years in-house and latterly was the Head of HR and HR Director for several large national organisations. He is a skilled interviewer, both from a coaching perspective and undertaking employment investigations as an external specialist.  
 

Dr Elizabeth Dinse

Liz compliments her two decades working in employment and employability support with a PhD in Careers Guidance. She is highly-skilled in engaging with clients and has a deep practical knowledge of the Equality Act along with practical reasonable adjustments, Disability Confident and Access to Work programmes. Liz has been an external examiner on postgraduate courses in the UK and overseas. She has been published in professional journals and written book chapters on the theme of disability and presents on the topic of barriers disabled people find in their journey into the world of work

Dawn Grover

Dawn has an MSc in Career Management and wide-ranging experience and expertise in the field of vocational profiling and employment. Her coaching consultancy specialises in helping adult clients to make significant changes to their career trajectories following life-altering changes in circumstances such as military discharge, injury or abuse. Dawn is highly skilled in engaging clients, using advanced interviewing techniques, to gain a full understanding of her clients’ position on their career trajectory.

Dorcas Sturgess

With an MSc in HR Management, Dorcas has extensive and broad expertise as an HR professional and regularly advises companies and clients on all issues relating to employment, role evaluation, employee development and organisational structure. She has operated at senior management level, providing a full range of employment services to two solicitors firms from 2006 to 2010, giving her a unique understanding of the legal system in her expert witness role.

Stephanie Wrightson

As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Steph has significant experience in welfare to work. She has wide ranging personal experience in delivering vocational rehabilitation which is enhanced by her recent role as Lead Psychologist at a major Third Sector organisation. This has given Steph exposure to government, employers and heath professionals. She compliments her considerable professional experience with an MA in Psychology and and MSc in Occupational Psychology and is currently assisting with the establishment of the MSc Psychology course at a major Scottish University.

Elisabeth Walker

Lis is a seasoned employment professional with over 15 years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation, including welfare to work for large companies, local authorities and social enterprises. She is experienced with acquired brain injury return to work and has extensive experience of spinal cord and complex orthopaedic injuries, tailoring return to work packages around functional capacity. Lis has ongoing experience as a vocational case manager, identifying vocational goals and assisting clients returning to work following life changing injuries. 
 
 

Victoria Perkins

An Occupational Psychologist and HR Director with over 20 years’ experience. Vikki has significant experience in multi-national organisations and UK public sector working in people focussed programmes. She has particular expertise in talent management, recruitment and selection, learning and development and reward management.

Alyson Hall

With 30 years’ operational HR experience, Alyson has extensive experience in public and private sector employment scenarios. Alyson has Masters in Organisational Design and Development and in Employment Law and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Dorcas Atkinson

A testimony to her vast experience as a human resources professional, Dorcas has recently received her 30 year certificate of Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Dorcas has wide ranging experience of employment across public and private sector and across sectors as diverse as financial services to textiles manufacturing.

Our Research Team

We are proud to have a strong research team who assist our experts. They work on everything from keeping our macro-economic models current through to calculating earnings for individuals. They are used to complex cases involving multiple jurisdictions and changes of career path. Our team have access to an extensive library of proprietary materials and research stretching back over 30 years.

Siobhan Comrie

Siobhan is a University of Glasgow graduate, holding a BSc in Psychology with a research focus in linguistics. She has completed further qualifications in software development and sustainability, alongside teaching English in Europe. These acquired skills allow her to bring a unique approach to research and analysis, with a broad understanding of the macro-economic environment. Siobhan prides herself on her helpful and friendly nature, which she approaches every challenge with.

Ben Shaw

A recent Masters graduate in Chemistry with Drug Discovery from the University of Strathclyde, Ben brings an analytical point of view and critical thinking to the research team. He has experience in complex problem solving and an attention to detail, and is quickly adapting to his role within the company.

Lauren Docherty

Our office manager, Lauren keeps the wheels turning in the office, managing the workflow and working with solicitors and experts to ensure that deadlines are met. Lauren is well-known to most of our regular customers and prides herself on running a slick and well-organised office.
 

Lisa Burton

Assisting Lauren, Lisa is friendly and responsive and enables us to ensure that there is always someone on hand to help with queries. Lisa is a more recent recruit and has enabled us to continue our growth this year.
