Peter Davies

Peter has worked in the field of training, employment and disability for nearly 30 years. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development a Certified Disability Management Professional and a trained Counsellor. He is a Member of the Academy of Experts and is on the UK and Law Society of Scotland Registers of Expert Witnesses. He has worked with all types of disability.  
Peter has recently taken a step back from authoring expert reports personally and is focusing his time on coaching and mentoring the expert team. This ensures that the quality and rigour for which we have become synonymous remains embedded in the business. 

Suzanne Anderson

Suzanne has served a full career in the British Army, leaving recently as a Brigadier and Chief Operating Officer of the Army Personnel Centre. Her career includes resettlement for service leavers, training, education and recruitment. She complements an outstanding career with an equally impressive academic record including and MPhil, MA and MBA. Suzanne is well-versed in a range of employment matters including career management, resettlement and retraining and is active in several veteran’s charities.

Richard Boardman

As a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Richard has extensive experience of employment issues. He has advised clients on matters ranging from dispute resolution to the impact the Equality Act and effectively engaging disabled and disadvantage people. Richard has spent his first 15 years in-house and latterly was the Head of HR and HR Director for several large national organisations. He is a skilled interviewer, both from a coaching perspective and undertaking employment investigations as an external specialist.  

Helen Brown

Helen has extensive experience and expertise in all areas of employment. She is a highly qualified professional, having obtained her MBA in 1997 and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has provided expert assistance and advice to management in a broad range of employment fields including the public sector, charitable bodies and commercial organisations.

Dr Elizabeth Dinse

Liz compliments her two decades working in employment and employability support with a PhD in Careers Guidance. She is highly-skilled in engaging with clients and has a deep practical knowledge of the Equality Act along with practical reasonable adjustments, Disability Confident and Access to Work programmes. Liz has been an external examiner on postgraduate courses in the UK and overseas. She has been published in professional journals and written book chapters on the theme of disability and presents on the topic of barriers disabled people find in their journey into the world of work

Dawn Grover

Dawn has an MSc in Career Management and wide-ranging experience and expertise in the field of vocational profiling and employment. Her coaching consultancy specialises in helping adult clients to make significant changes to their career trajectories following life-altering changes in circumstances such as military discharge, injury or abuse. Dawn is highly skilled in engaging clients, using advanced interviewing techniques, to gain a full understanding of her clients’ position on their career trajectory.

Colette Reilly

Colette’s passion for people and their development is apparent in her great client relationships. A BA in Applied Social Studies compliments her strong practical careers and employment base of over 20 years. This has given Colette exposure to a wide range of personal circumstances and career outcomes. She has significant hands-on experience of career planning and employability options for newly and long-term unemployed. Colette has a particular interest in working with young people who have additional challenges and is a skilled interviewer. 

Dorcas Sturgess

With an MSc in HR Management, Dorcas has extensive and broad expertise as an HR professional and regularly advises companies and clients on all issues relating to employment, role evaluation, employee development and organisational structure. She has operated at senior management level, providing a full range of employment services to two solicitors firms from 2006 to 2010, giving her a unique understanding of the legal system in her expert witness role.

Stephanie Wrightson

As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Steph has significant experience in welfare to work. She has wide ranging personal experience in delivering vocational rehabilitation which is enhanced by her recent role as Lead Psychologist at a major Third Sector organisation. This has given Steph exposure to government, employers and heath professionals. She compliments her considerable professional experience with an MA in Psychology and and MSc in Occupational Psychology and is currently assisting with the establishment of the MSc Psychology course at a major Scottish University.

Our Research Team

We are proud to have a strong research team who assist our experts. They work on everything from keeping our macro-economic models current through to calculating earnings for individuals. They are used to complex cases involving multiple jurisdictions and changes of career path. Our team have access to an extensive library of proprietary materials and research stretching back over 30 years.

Dr Samuel Achiaw

Samuel is a medical doctor having recently completed rotations in hospital, he is currently studying for a MSc in Public Health specialising in Health Economics. Samuel brings a valuable mix of practical medical experience along with an understanding of economics of employment

Moreh Jackson

With an MSc in Neuropsychology, Moreh is currently completing her MSc in Psychological Science. She has a well-rounded understanding of data and statistics and is adept at researching a wide range of topics. Practical experience as an accredited counsellor and CBT practitioner mean that Moreh is particularly attuned to the circumstances of many pursuers.

Dr Pietro Vanin

Pietro is a Researcher and has a PhD in Economics, specialising in Labour Economics, from the University of Aberdeen. He has experience as a Researcher in academia and as a Statistician with the Scottish Government. Before moving to the UK in 2010, Pietro studied in Rome, gaining an MSc in Economics and and an MSc in International Economics
